At Includem our aim is to recruit the highest calibre of employees and volunteers to support the valuable work we undertake with our young people. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to our client group and who have the necessary skills and experience to make a difference to the lives of Scotland’s most vulnerable young people.
In order to assess the skills and experience we have adopted very robust recruitment processes. These are normally evaluated over a full day assessment involving a range of individual and group exercise. This is complemented by a competency-based interview that may take place on a later date.
