Includem provides a coordinated range of services to a wide range of young people:

  • Community Intensive Support Services for chaotic young people who are persistent offenders.
  • Home Support Service to prevent young people in vulnerable families becoming involved in more formal measures of care.
  • Intensive support as part of an Intensive Support and Monitoring Service (ISMS) package.
  • Planned through-care intensive programmes, tailored for the individual young person to support the transition from residential or secure care back into the community.
  • Crisis resource services offering tailored wraparound services for high risk and vulnerable young people.
  • Intensive support projects for extremely vulnerable young women.
  • Specialist Fostering services with foster carers who understand the needs of high risk and very challenging young people.
  • Specialist support packages young people at highest risk, contributing to Multi-agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA).
  • Specific expertise in working with young people with sexually harmful behaviour.
  • Bail support to reduce the use of remand for some challenging young people.
  • Restorative justice approaches integrated into our core model.
