Learning and Development
We continually seek to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes among our staff to improve performance. The Includem board maintains and invests in staff professional development and improving practice. Workers across all projects are empowered to develop and use their skills and abilities to the full, while being held accountable for their performance.
Learning and development is underpinned by a performance development review and competency framework. The upward flow of information generated through the review process ensures that staff receive the support they need. Excluding professional training, all grades of workers have access to five full days of training each year, either through attendance at internal or external courses.
